CLAFLIN — Central Plains quarterback Brodie Crites threw for three touchdown passes and scored a rushing touchdown to ignite a 42-20 Central Prairie League football victory over Kinsley.

Central Plains (3-0) drops Kinsley to 1-2.

Keeton Robison tallied on a 33-yard touchdown pass, Peyton Kempke grabbed a 19-yard score and Richie Hayes caught a 16-yard scoring strike. Crites scored on a 2-yard run.

Broc Klima scored on an opening 32-yard run and Robison added a 2yard score. Crites threw for 140 yards and the Oilers rushed for 127 yards led by Klima's 44 yards.

Kinsley quarterback Josh Stuckey rushed for a touchdown and threw 27- and 43-yard scoring strikes to Joey Preito.
