Clad in a bright pink color is the food truck on 10th, AdryAna’s Mexican Food. Since opening in September of last year, it is the new spot to get authentic Mexican food in Great Bend.
Co-owner Ana Santana said she’s wanted to have her own restaurant for a long time and aims to do so.
“I’ve been wanting to do my own thing, so I decided to break the chain and got my own food truck,” Ana said on pursuing her goal. Adryana, the other owner, in combination with Ana name creates the name AdryAna’s for the establishment.
They offer a variety of authentic Mexican food with their own little twist.
“We have a little bit of everything. We have Mexican tacos, but we also do chicken wings and hamburgers,” Ana said on the food on offer. “A lot of people don’t know about the Mexican hamburgers, and I would love people to try them because they’re really good.” They also have Mexican hotdogs and ramen birria on offer along with the usual classics in authentic Mexican cuisine.
On top of the plethora of food that’s served, they plan on offering a catering service to the public in the near future.
They also have churros in three different flavors: strawberry, caramel, and chocolate.
They do frescas and Red Bulls among other options for drinks to go with the food they serve. The Red Bull flavors they do are blue apple rush, strawberry, and apricot.
“They’re really unique. I don’t think anybody has them down,” Ana said on the variety of food and drinks on offer. “They probably do, but this is mine.”
“I come from a family that have owned a restaurant for a long time,” Santana said reminiscing on where her passion for food comes from. In the future, she is aiming to open her own full restaurant with the extra space and food variety that comes with. Adryana’s Mexican Food is located on 1215 10th St. for anyone looking to get a bite and a drink.
