MPIRE Realty Group  has hired licensed realtor Amanda Swigart to their growing team. Along with helping customers with commercial and residential real estate transactions, she will also be serving as a Leasing Agent & Accountant for MPIRE Property Management Inc.

When Swigart isn’t showing properties to potential buyers, she’ll be helping lease residential and commercial rental properties for MPIRE Property Management, Inc. “I love all aspects of real estate, and this is the best of both worlds,” Swigart said. “In a lot of ways, I feel like now I have the tools to help anyone looking for a place to live, even if they are on the fence about whether to rent or buy. I want to be a resource for all types of people browsing the housing market.”

Swigart is a lifelong resident of Great Bend and Barton County, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University. Representing the real estate industry, she is a member of the Great Plains Board of Realtors, the Kansas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. As a volunteer, she is a member of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Club as well as the Great Bend Pilot Club. Amanda lives in Great Bend with her husband, Steve, and two children. They also have one child attending Fort Hays State University.
