MPIRE Properties (www.mpireproperties.com) announces the grand opening of its new office at 1015 McKinley St. in Great Bend. The newly renovated office has undergone a complete facelift.
Kustom Floor Designs helped the MPIRE team redesign and construct the exterior and lobby areas, said owner Jason Mayers.
“It was important for us to work with local vendors during the redesign process. Other local vendors included Hammeke Electric, Comfort Pro, Sutherlands and the Color Clinic to name a few,” Mayers said.
The company previously located at 2019 Lakin Ave. has been operating since 2004.
The new location features 3,250 sq. ft. of space allowing room for six full offices and a conference room. The lobby area will also soon offer a new tenant information center where tenants will be able to complete applications and review available properties online.
