Richard W. Baskerville, III, has joined First Kansas Bank as vice president, compliance, and BSA and CRA officer, according to Paul Snapp, president and CEO of the bank. 

“With nearly 10 years of Banking experience, Rich has the experience and skill to lead our growing bank in these important areas,” Snapp said in making the announcement. “He grew up in rural Kansas, so Rich has small town values, common sense and a strong work ethic to complement his extensive banking knowledge. We are excited to have Rich as a part of our Bank Team.”

Baskerville grew up in Washington. He has a bachelor of animal science degree from Fort Hays State University. He completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. 

Baskerville and his wife Lindsey live in Great Bend with their two children, Amelia and RJ.
