Straub International opened their new Wichita store located at 3200 W. May St. on Aug. 5th. Although the store was expected to open Sept. 1, construction finished earlier than planned. “The store is stocked and ready to serve our customers”, said Alan Dold, General Manager “We anticipate a great amount of growth with this facility and have added staff to equip ourselves for their needs”.
The new facility is 55,000 sq. ft. and has enough indoor showroom space to display the largest tractors, sprayers and combines that Case IH manufactures, as well as a selection of small tractors, or implements and replacement parts.
“We are now planning the official grand opening on Sept. 11th,” said Dold. “There will be a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. followed by a Welcome from Chairman and CEO of Straub International, Larry Straub as well as Jim Walker, Vice President of Case IH North America Agricultural Business. We are very excited to showcase the new facility to our customers. This building is a direct result of their loyal patronage.” Tours of the facility will also be available.
