The Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Move Your Mountain Coaching and Consultation, invites community members to attend the March session of The Leader’s Lunchroom, a monthly leadership series designed to spark growth, connection, and courageous action.
The March gathering will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, at the Great Bend Chamber Boardroom, located at 1125 Williams St. This event is free and open to the public. Chamber membership is not required, and all are welcome to attend. Registration is not required.
This month’s topic, “The Courage Gap: Closing the Distance to Bold Moves,” will explore what holds people back from taking risks, stepping forward, and making confident decisions. Participants will examine the fears, habits, and thought patterns that lead to over analyzing and staying stuck – and learn how to move forward with clarity and courage.
The session will be led by Kimberly Becker, CEO of Move Your Mountain Coaching, alongside Megan Barfield, President of the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, offering attendees a dynamic and engaging hour of insight, conversation, and connection.
The session includes a leadership takeaway, guided discussion, and networking. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch.
