Melinda Kurth recently joined Thrivent Financial as a financial representative with a new office at 1311 Williams in downtown Great Bend. Kurth offers comprehensive financial strategies, personal customer service and a wide range of financial products.
“I’ve been working in the financial industry for 17 years, providing educational services for other companies who were clients of CPI Qualified Plan Consultants (now CUNA Mutual Retirement Solutions),” Kurth says. “I wanted to help educate my friends and neighbors, instead of putting my energy into helping people I’d never see again. Community is important to me, and Thrivent is the perfect company for doing what I love and helping people.”
Thrivent Financial offers comprehensive financial services, with a focus on debt management, life and health insurance, annuities, mutual funds, Medicare supplements, financial guidance, college savings plans, retirement plans, etc. They also offer their members a wide variety of additional benefits, such as discounted legal services, identity protection, worldwide trips, and access to their Action Team grant funding.
“The Action Teams program is one of the main reasons why I love this company. This program allows all Thrivent members to apply for grants to help with charity projects and fundraisers that are important to them,” Kurth says. “This is just one example of why Thrivent Financial has been named one of the most ethical companies in America for several years running.”
Thrivent Financial is a financial services organization that helps Christians be wise with money and live generously. The organization offers a broad range of products and services along with guidance from financial representatives nationwide. For more than a century it has helped its nearly 2.4 million member-owners make wise money choices that reflect their values. Thrivent also provides opportunities for members to be even more generous where they live, work and worship.
