Barton County Sheriff

A search warrant was executed at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday at 454 W. 4th St., Hoisington.

A non-injury crash was reported at 2:29 p.m. at 3106 17th St., Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 6:07 p.m. on North U.S. 281 at mile marker 125.

The K-9 unit was called to Casey’s General Store, 401 East Santa Fe Blvd. in Ellinwood, at 9:55 p.m.


Great Bend Police

Items were stolen from a camper at 2713 Morton St., it was reported at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday.

At 11:53, an individual in the 1200 block of 9th St. reported a subject placing items in her trash can.

A fire alarm at 12:30 p.m. at 1217 Van Fleet Lane was a false alarm.

A burglary was reported at 3:19 p.m. at 2912 Broadway. Items were stolen from the yard.

Isreal Donley allegedly threatened a subject and was arrested after a disturbance was reported at 4:12 p.m. at 218 Pine St. At the jail, he was also booked on a Ford County warrant for failure to appear.

Officers were dispatched to a possible burglary in progress on 24th St. at 6:42 p.m. A female reported her roommate entering the residence. The reporting party was advised of her options. Police returned to the same residence to check on a domestic disturbance at 3:18 a.m. Wednesday. During this response, a female was arrested and booked at the Barton County Detention Center on a charge of criminal damage to property.
