Tom and Linda Barnes will celebrate their 50th anniversary on Aug. 21, with a card shower. The couple will celebrate in September with a gathering hosted by their family.
Linda Ross and Tom Barnes were united in marriage on Aug. 21, 1965. Tom is retired from Ruskin Manufacturing. Linda is retired from JCPenneys. They are the owners of Able Mini Storage and T & L Fireworks. The couple recently took a trip to Las Vegas to celebrate their anniversary. The couple has two daughters, Christy and Eric Kuhn and Kathy and Steve Kaiser; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
