Kenneth and Linda Bieker will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. on March 16 at  St. John Catholic Parish Center, 122 E. 5th Street, in Hoisington. Hosts for the event will be their children.
Linda Connolly and Kenneth Bieker were united in marriage on March 18, 1963 in Goodland. Their children are the late Peggy Williams, Bobbi Griffin of Russell Springs, Larry and Susan Bieker of Grant, Neb., Lori Ross of Okay, Okla., Angie and Rick Meye of Bastrop, Texas, Monte and Lori Bieker of Salina, Melissa White of Curtis, Neb., and Marty and Nicole Bieker of Great Bend. They have 24 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
