Jerry and Maggie Gerstenkorn will celebrate their 60th anniversary on June 1, with a card shower.
Maggie Wirtz and Jerry Gerstenkorn were united in marriage on June 1, 1954, in Ellinwood. Residents of Great Bend, Jerry was the owner/operator of City Ice House, Inc. and Maggie was a mother and housewife. The couples children are: Don Gerstenkorn and wife Donna of Augusta, Betty Koester and husband Ron of Manhattan, Kathy Schneider and husband Bob of Olmitz, Karen Parrett and husband Doug of Leavenworth, Dennis Gerstenkorn and wife Stephanie of Chenney, Wash. and the late Brian Gerstenkorn; 19 grandchildren and 16 great-granchildren.
