Joe and Helen Haberman of Larned will celebrate their 60th anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. on Aug. 31, at the Knights of Columbus in Larned. No gifts are requested.
Helen Danler and Joe Haberman were united in marriage on Aug. 31, 1954, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Kinsley. The couples children are Christine Engel and husband John of Topeka, Randy Haberman and wife Jana of Montello, Nev., Brian Haberman of Larned, and Douglas Haberman and wife Carol of Hays. They have eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
