Steve and Mildred Reif of Claflin will celebrate their 60th anniversary on Aug. 30 with a family celebration.
Steve Reif and Mildred Gertrude Scheneider were united in marriage on Aug. 30, 1950 in Olmitz. They have four children, Melvin and Sammie Reif of Ellinwood, Raymond and Ann Reif of Great Bend, Janet and Gary Rapp of Pawnee Rock and Theresa and Patrick Trapp of Hays; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
