Elmer and Mary Ellen Stueder will celebrate their 60th anniversary with a family dinner.
Elmer Stueder and Mary Ellen Johnson were united in marriage on Oct. 15, 1950 in the Methodist Church at Bushton. Elmer is a retired farmer and stockman. They moved from the farm by Claflin to Great Bend in 1988. The couple have four children, Daniel Stueder, Bill and Patty Stueder, Alan and Rita Stueder, all of Claflin, and Terry and Mel Eesa Stueder of Great Bend; and twelve grandchildren, Danny, Michael, Rachael, Sarah, Cindy, Tim, Abby, Evann, Brenna, Tarynn, Trent Stueder, and Kim and Mark Prosser.
