The Barton County Association of Retired School Personnel will meet at 11:30 a.m. on December 10 at 11:30 a.m. at the Club at StoneRidge, 24th and Frey in Great Bend. President Rose Kelly will be in charge of the meeting. Installation of officers for 2011 will be held. Members are asked to continue to record their hours of volunteer service.
A program of Christmas music will be presented by the Great Bend Middle School singers, “Music in Motion.” Retired school personnel in Barton County are invited and encouraged to become involved in the local group. BCARSP meets four times a year in September, December, March, and May. Guests are always welcome. Prospective members are invited to contact Kayleen Kern for more details on membership.
