League of Women Voters of Great Bend will meet at noon on Tuesday at Classic Inn.
The program will be provided by Barton County Election Officer Donna Zimmerman. She will be speaking on the problems that have arisen since the voting changes promoted by the Secretary of State have been implemented. There is the suspended voter list, other regulations he considers necessary and expects the individual counties to enforce, and many other such changes that have occurred. All of these points will be discussed.
Lunch will be available from the buffet or menu. Meetings are open to the public. League is a non-partisan organization devoted to informing and educating the voting public on national, state and local issues of importance. Membership is open to men and women.
