The Great Bend Evening Lions held their Candy Day on Oct. 6 at WalMart Super Center, North Main Dillons, and Waters True Value. The Lions were giving out mints for pocket change all day in a effort to raise money for a local scholarship and eye glass replacement to help individuals of the Barton County area.
