The Great Bend TOPS club is making plans to attend the Great Bend Tribune Women’s Expo, Tuesday, Sept. 27 at the Great Bend Convention Center.
At a recent meeting of the Take Off Pounds Sensibly group, members voted to offer a drawing for a free one-year membership to the national TOPS organization. Local dues will still apply if the winner chooses to join. Anyone is welcome to attend one meeting at any time with no cost or obligation.
TOPS meets at 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the First United Methodist Church, 2123 Forest Ave. There will be no meeting or weigh-in on Sept. 27 due to the Women’s Expo.
Members will also bring items to the Sept. 20 meeting to create a gift basket for a Women’s Expo door prize.
