Zeta Gamma Sorority met at the home of Nancy Williams on Oct. 11th. The program, “The History of Epsilon Sigma Alpha,” was given by Program Chairman, Marty Schloemer.
Zeta Gamma kicked off its main fund raising project, a meat raffle. The money raised from this raffle funds all the philanthropic projects of the sorority. Local agencies that profit are Food Bank, Camp Hope, Crisis Center, Humane Society, and St. Jude’s Hospital.
Volunteers took cookies for the Halloween party to Great Bend Health and Rehabilitation. Plans for the next social were changed in order for the Chapter to celebrate Shirley Blanchard’s 90th birthday at the Classic Inn.
The next meeting will be held on Nov. 8 at the home of Jeanette Shirer.
