Fort Larned Chapter of DAR meeting was held on May 11.

Rededication of the DAR marker located at Broadway and Trail Street in Larned will be announced at a later date. On June 9, the chapter members assembled quilt block sample packets to be distributed during Heritage Days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 11 and 12 at the Santa Fe Trail Center. 

Fort Larned Chapter includes Barton, Edwards and Pawnee counties. The next meeting was set for June 9 at the Santa Fe Trail Center at 2 p.m.
