Ellinwood School/Community Summer Library Sign-up will be Tuesday, May 23, 6:30-7:30 p.m. That evening, we will have storytelling with Jim and Natalee and their side-kick puppets and learn about Reader Zone! If you cannot make it to this event, please call the library to sign up after May 23rd.

We will have a kickoff for Summer Library on Monday, June 5th with Rockin’ Randy Sauer 10 a.m. This event is hosted for all ages!

Summer Library Program begins June 5th and runs through July 7th. Sign up will be for either Tuesdays or Thursdays from 10-10:30 a.m. This includes ages 3 year olds - 6th grade. The schedule is as follows:

Week 1:  June 6 or June 8

Week 2: June 13 or June 15                                             

Week 3: June 20 or June 22

Week 4: June 27 or June 29

Week 5: July 3 (Monday) or July 6 

Mrs. Johnston and Mahra are planning a variety of fun read-alouds, crafts, and activities for the summer!

July 5th the library will host PBS Share-a-Story at 10 a.m. for all 3-6 year olds. Be watching for more information regarding the free book that will be available. July 7th will be our End of Summer Library Bash for all Summer Library Readers! We are also visiting with the Wetlands Education Center for an event, more information coming soon. You don’t have to wait for any of these events, we are looking forward to seeing you at the library!
