Casey and Connie Russell announce the engagement of their daughter Nicolette Clancy, to David Waite, son of Mel and Mary Waite.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Goodland High School. In 2011, she graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Stormont-Vail in Topeka on the oncology/telemetry floor.
The prospective groom is a 2002 graduate of Ellinwood High School. In 2004, he graduated from Hutchinson Community College with an associate’s degree in Sports Medicine. He studied abroad at Bond University-Gold Coast Australia. He is employed as a traveling physical therapist and is practicing at St. Francis in Topeka.
The wedding is planned for Aug. 23 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Ellinwood.
