Eddie and Cindy Jurgensen

Barton County 4-H members are asked to nominate members of the community who have given their time and talent to the 4-H program without any expectation of a reward. The clubs present their nominations at a 4-H Council meeting and all clubs have an equal vote. The 2015 Friends of 4-H are Eddie and Cindy Jurgensen and Loren and Cindy Phillips.
Eddie and Cindy have supported 4-H through their business C & E Doors and personally. They have purchased animals at the Sale of Champions and have helped young members get started in their animal projects. They are passionate about ensuring that 4-H continues and that children thrive in the program.
Loren and Cindy Phillips have supported the 4-H program through the Barton County Fair. They both help with the elaborate decorations and the Fair Food Stand. They practice the elements of the 4-H pledge by being loyal to the program with their hearts and serving with their hands.
Barton County 4-H members would like to thank these two couples for their support of the 4-H program.
