The annual Hathaway reunion, families of the 12 children of the late John William and Reno Hathaway, was held June 29, at the I.O.O.F. Lodge in St. John with 82 attending.

Hostess for the reunion was Debbie Haddon. A business meeting was held and a covered dish lunch was served at noon. After lunch, family pictures were taken and a craft auction was held.

In attendance from St. John were Doris and Mark Tompkins, Rita and Kerry Suiter, Carl and Zoe Staub, Wade and Tonya Sanders, Michelle, Dwight, Clayton, and Nicolas Huston, Lonnie and Diane Staub, Jerry and Seth Hathaway, Derek Staub, Judy Shelton, Linda Frans, Shaylene and Lola Hampton, Alex and Alaina Robertson.

Attending from out of town were Debbie Haddon and Connie Hathaway of Hudson; Teresa Bachand, Fern Tompkins, Sara, Savanah, Morgan and Rylea Tutak of Great Bend; Rachella Briggs, Wendi Rieb, Loretta Karst, and Stacey Utech of Topeka; Kevin Karst of Kansas City; Pat and Randy Carr of Douglas; Jennifer and Gregg Talkington of Winfield; Mike Miller of Dodge City; Brittany, Matt, Phillip and Evelyn Peteler of LaCrosse; Heather Sizemore, Makiah Webber and Evan Drummond of Hoisington; Bob and Denise Appelhans of Valley Center; Zelma Lee Wendelburg, Melissa and Aubrey Dove, Donald Hathaway, Kent and Tammy Pruett, Haley Sizemore, Lane and Colt Davis of Stafford; Vertabell and Merv Hathaway, Candace Newton, Ronda and Steve Wilkinson, Megan and Tammy Koche, Brenda Goodwin and Shawn Prugle, Vicki Bunn and Shelby Goodwin and Zoe of Hutchinson.
