United States Army veteran Major Brett Middleton was awarded a Quilt of Valor from Golden Plains Quilts of Valor on June 24, 2022 at the American Legion Post 180 in Great Bend, Kansas. Major Middleton served from 1986 to 2008. The quilt top was made by Jyl Nokes; quilting by Amy Schartz Mellor. United States Air Force Master Sergeant Dianna Seiler was awarded a Quilt of Valor from Golden Plains Quilts of Valor on June 24, 2022 at the American Legion Post 180 in Great Bend, Kansas.
