Goosebumps: 3 points for parents

  • Violence/Danger Humans and monsters fight with each other using hands and weapons. A man is tied up and dragged toward an oven. A car crashes and turns over, as does a bus. Monsters chase the humans. Monsters attack humans in a cemetery. People fear for their lives as the monsters attack the town. A ventriloquist dummy terrorizes the main characters. Aliens freeze humans. A mans hands are shut in a typewriter case. People are frozen but no deaths occur.
  • Monsters Many monsters that can be scary, including an abominable snowman, a wild dog and a werewolf. Man-eating plants, a giant praying mantis and aliens are in the film.
  • Tone Despite the danger, the film is made for family entertainment. No blood is seen.
