THE FEEL-GOODS The story lately has been snow. The East Coast was absolutely hammered and here in Utah we got a fair amount ourselves. While most of us were mumbling under our breath about how awful shoveling our driveway was, one man in Nebraska had a very different attitude.

WOWT in Nebraska featured Iraq War veteran Justin Anderson and his unique snow-removal process. Anderson outfitted his off-road wheelchair with a snowplow and went around the neighborhood clearing sidewalks and driveways when the snow hit.

Anderson said he wants to make sure that parents and children will not slip and fall while they're on their way to the nearby elementary school. Not only that, but he sees it as a way to give back to his community.

While Anderson's unique snowplow is pretty cool, it doesn't come close to how cool the man is himself. Maybe we should all take a page out of Anderson's book and look for opportunities to serve our neighbors, whether they know it or not.
