We have two art displays going up this week. The first is a short display put on by Barton Community College Title IX Office together with the Family Crisis Center of Great Bend. The Display is titled “What Were You Wearing,” This installation will also show concurrently at the College and Barton County Courthouse Lobby from Nov. 6-Nov. 10. It is a student sexual-assault survivor art installation that will be up in the library from Friday, Nov. 3 to Friday, Nov. 10. An opening reception will be on Monday Nov. 6 from 4:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. in the Upper Level Student Union on the Barton Community College Campus. Light refreshments will be served. You can RSVP with Cheryl Brown at (620)-786-7441.
