Merrily McCamey will celebrate her 80th birthday on July 25 with a card shower.

Merrily was born on July 25, 1942, in Great Bend to Edwin and Nora Karst. She grew up in Galatia and graduated from Otis-Bison High School.

In 2004 she married JP McCamey and enjoyed traveling with him in ministry. She attends Encounter Church where she helps with prison ministry, loves music, singing and helping others. She has two daughters, Sheryl McDowell and Rita Collins; Collins children and grandkids and great-grandkids.
