Reid and Danielle Murphy of Girard are the parents of a baby girl, Stella Jean Murphy, born Aug. 3, 2021 at Springfield, Mo. She weighed 8 pounds 11 oz and was 20 inches long. She has two siblings at home, Addilyn and Raiden.

Grandparents are David and Michele Johnson of Gainesville, Mo., and Rod and Barb Murphy of Arma. Great-grandparents are Janice Schultz of Great Bend, Bud and Marlene Murphy of Cheyenne, Wyo., and the late Bernard and Billie Mauler.
