Preceptor Pi to choose Valentine Queen next month

Preceptor Pi, Beta Sigma Phi, met on Jan. 4 at the First United Methodist parlor. Rosie Luthi gave the Beta Brief featuring 1932 moments from Beta Sigma Phi History.  

Members donated fruit at both January meetings for the ongoing project for USD 428 students.

Lois Johnson presented a program on New Year’s customs, celebrations and resolutions.  

On Jan. 18, the chapter met at the Farmers Bank & Trust Meeting Room.  

Rosie Luthi gave the Beta Brief. 

She read another article from The Torch featuring 1933 in “Sharing Moments from BSP History.”  

Members traveled to Larned for lunch on Jan. 25, for this month’s social. 

The Valentine Queen will be voted on at the next meeting. The Social Committee is working on plans for the Valentine’s dinner.

The program, presented by Jeri Brozek, was on the many varied and sometimes unusual uses for peanut butter.  

The next meeting of Preceptor Pi will be at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022, at the Farmers Bank & Trust Meeting Room.
