The Quilting Bees guild met on Aug. 6 at the First Presbyterian Church in Larned. President Ann Hicks thanked all who entered the Edwards and Pawnee county 4-H fairs. Many members received blue ribbons and champions. The group agreed to purchase new supplies for the prayer quilt ministry.

Show and Tell participants were Diann Morell, prayer quilt in brilliant fabrics, and Ann Hicks, five prayer quilt tops and “She Came from Kansas” quilt.
