The Great Bend Senior Center, 2005 Kansas Ave., is selling soups and sweets to raise money to purchase an eye-stopping street sign.

Orders for a variety of soups by the quart or gallon and brownies, cookies and cinnamon rolls by the dozen or half-dozen can be ordered now through 5 p.m. on Oct. 12. Order forms are at the Senior Center. Call 620-792-3906 for more information. Orders can be picked up from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.
