The Central Kansas Thread-Benders Quilt Guild meeting will take place at 1 p.m., Friday, July 17, at the Shafer Art Gallery, Barton County College. After the regular guild meeting, the club will look at the quilt display at the college, titled Fierce Planets. The quilts displayed are based on the book “What’s Hidden Inside Planets” by Dr. Sabine Stanley. Visitors are welcome to visit the Thread-Benders meeting.
