Greetings from the Great Bend Public Library! As hard as it is to believe summer programming is almost over. But we still have plenty of summer fun to look forward to starting today with the ever lovely Luna at 10:30 a.m. followed closely by Genealogy Corner at 11 a.m. then in the evening we have Star Wars Trivia at Dry Lake! Grab a tasty craft brew and test your galactic knowledge of the Star Wars universe starting at 7 p.m. at Dry Lake Brewing. Register your team in person or on our website greatbendpl.info. 

Monday is the next Genealogy Corner in our summer series Cyndi’s List. Learn about Cyndi’s List and how it can help you research your family tree, on Monday at 5 p.m. Then Tuesday is our usual lineup with our last Campfire Story Time and Fireside Tween Scene of the summer at 10:30 am followed by Tech Tuesday at 11 am. 

Wednesday join us from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the library for Silent Book Club. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to read or just need some time to yourself that’s out of the house, bring whatever you’re reading or grab something here for an hour and a half of uninterrupted reading time. Lastly, Thursday, July 25, will be another chance to grab some more reading minutes with Luna at 10:30 a.m. or catch up or get some help with genealogy research at 11 am during Genealogy Thursday
