Touslee is this year’s elementary school Teacher of the Year at Great Bend and will advance to the 2023 Kansas Teacher of the Year competition. The dinner/auction is the foundation’s major fundraiser to support minigrants for teachers. This year’s theme was “Wings on Warriors.”
