William (Bill) J. Keener will celebrate his 90th birthday on March 17, 2019.
Bill was born on March 17, 1929. On May 27, 1951, he married Joan Elliott. They have two daughters, Debbie (Kelly) and Peggy (Dennis); one son, Adam; and four grandchildren.
