The Great Bend Recreation Commission will cosponsor a Kansas Advanced Hunter Education class from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 28 at the Great Bend Police Training Facility, 995 K Ave.
The class will focus on the proper care of firearms before and after the hunt. Participants are encouraged to bring their rifle and/or shotgun and corresponding ammunition to the class.
