Crime Stoppers of Barton County and Great Bend is seeking information about a burglary that occurred between Oct. 19 and Nov. 6 at 107 East Fourth St. in Ellinwood. The residence showed no signs of forced entry, but a laptop computer, three Ruger revolvers and a Beretta  92SF and an 18-inch double barrel shotgun were stolen. Great Bend Police Chief Dean Akings, speaking for Crime Stoppers, said loss was in excess of $2,100. Akings asks anyone with information about this crime to call 792-1300 or 888-305-1300.
