The Great Bend Recreation Commission will host the program “Summer Pond Care” from 5:30-7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23, at the Great Bend Recreation Center, 1214 Stone St.
With the hot days of summer just around the corner, backyard ponds will need some extra care.  Speaker Shawna Beran will discuss caring for water, plants, fish and other valuable summer care tips. There will also be time for questions during this free program.
