HOLYROOD — A barbecue and street dance are part of the activities going on this Saturday at Holyrood.
There will be a Hog Feed at 6 p.m. at the Holyrood Fire Department, with freewill donations to the department collected at the door.
Meanwhile, there will be games, concessions and a beer garden on Main Street. The National Guard will offer jousting and football toss games.
The dance, featuring the band Homebrew, runs from 8 p.m. to midnight. Admission is $5, with those age 12 and under admitted free. The group plays a mix of classic and modern hits. Proceeds will benefit City Park rehabilitation projects directed by the Holyrood Park Committee.
