The Great Bend Police were summoned to 14 Third St. at 8:06 p.m. Friday after a man reportedly pulled out a shotgun and pointed it at several people. Victor Valencia, Great Bend, was arrested and booked into the Barton County Jail on an aggravated assault charge. He was released Saturday after posting a $20,000 surety bond.
