RUSSELL — The regularly scheduled “Pickin’ at the Deines” will not be held this Sunday, due to the large number of participants who will be at the Walnut Valley Bluegrass Festival in Winfield. Pickin’ at the Deines is a jam session and pot-luck dinner that is usually held on the third Sunday of each month. The next one will be on Oct. 21. The jam session will start at 3 p.m. and the supper at 5 p.m.
