Several people contacted the Great Bend Police Department Monday night and early Tuesday, as a known male was reportedly lurking about. Police contacted him at 11:06 p.m. after he was seen standing behind a residence in the 1200 block of Ninth St.
Then, at 12:35 a.m. Tuesday, someone reported a subject on a bicycle acting strange on Forest Ave. Police did not make contact, so it is not clear if this was the same person.
The man was next seen at Love’s Country Store, 1221 10th St., where his strange behavior again merited a call to the police at 2:33 a.m. At 6:20 a.m. he was in someone’s back yard in the 1000 block of Hubbard St., and at 6:35 a.m. he reportedly entered a residence which did not belong to him, at 1328 11th St., and was arrested.
