The Fellowship Hall at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 2101 Jackson St., Great Bend, is the place to drop off electronic recycling from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 31.
E-recycling is the environmentally friendly way to dispose of unwanted computers, cell phones and other electronics, whether out-dated or broken. St. Mark Lutheran Church will serve as an electronic recycling drop-off in cooperation with the Barton County Landfill. Parishioners will move items and remove and return your computer hard drives if you wish.
Items to be recycled include: Phones – both cell & cordless; stereos; computer gaming systems; computers and accessories; charger cords, microwaves, VCRs, etc.
This service is offered to Great Bend residents only; no business recycling, please. Keep it out of the Landfill  -  E-RECYCLE!
