Wildlife centers will offer Saturday event

The Great Migration Rally will be held from  9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Participants start at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge and “migrate” the Wetlands and Wildlife Scenic Byway to the Kansas Wetlands Education Center, stopping at three points and acquiring cards worth points along the route. Lunch will be served at the Dozier Winery.
There will be activities at both refuges, including a raptor show by Eagle Valley Raptor Center, crafts and demonstrations. Prizes include a handheld GPS unit, binoculars, backpack and more.
