While many enjoy a good play production, few have actually written one. Barton Community College is presenting an excellent opportunity for community members to join those few and a chance to see their plays come to life on stage.Local playwright Rob Munden will lead a free playwriting workshop from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 22, in the Barton Fine Arts Auditorium. During the workshop participants will learn about the proper playwriting format, creating a story that engages the audience and other related topics in a hands-on environment.
