The Barton County Historical Society Museum and Village is closed for the remainder of the year. It will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 6, when it will resume regular hours. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. It is located at 85 South U.S. 281, just south of the Arkansas River in Great Bend.
