Barton Community College students of the Collegiate National Association for Music Education group will create “The Haunted Asylum,” to raise money for the Brit Spaugh Zoo from 9 p.m. to midnight Saturday throughout the Fine Arts Building.
Joann Stacey, a BCC music student, said visitors to the “Haunted Asylum” will find themselves immersed in the story of an old mental asylum that existed where the Fine Arts Building now stands, and they will experience the haunting presence of former asylum residents’ spirits.
General admission is $5. Students with an ID will be admitted for $3.
